Here at YachtyGifts.com we send most of our items via royal mail.  Items are dispatched on the next available working day, once all monies due have been received & cleared.  Average delivery times for 'in stock' items are 3-4 working days.

larger or more expensive items may be sent by Courier. Our preferred choice of courier is Parcel Force but we may at times use other couriers.

Courier items will require a signature on delivery and it is preferable to state a business delivery address where possible as residential addresses are often more difficult to locate resulting in a possible delay.

Please note that if our couriers find that there is nobody available to sign for the package, a notification card will be posted at the delivery address and the package returned to the depot. It is your responsibility to then contact the courier company to arrange re-delivery or collection within the indicated timescale. Failure to do this will result in the package being returned to us and you will be responsible for the return delivery costs.

Many of our items have free postage.  This has no effect upon the insurance and you can be assured that your parcel will be covered.
If there is any unfortunate damage during transit, Your item will be insured and we will of course assist you in anyway we can if this rare & unfortunate event happens.

Returns

YachtyGifts do not accept any responsibility for paying the costs involved in returning goods to YachtyGifts HQ. The costs incurred in sending unwanted items back to YachtyGifts are the responsibility of the customer, we also advise that proof of postage is obtained as we are not liable for items lost in transit and ask that original packaging is returned. All YachtyGifts products can be returned to us for an exchange or refund if they are in as-sold condition and in original packaging, within 7 days of receipt. If you would like to return an item and it is outside the 7 day period, you have up to three months to send the goods back to us for an exchange. Returned goods are inspected in our returns department and replacements, exchanges, credits or refunds are carried out within 7 working days and replacement goods are subject to availability


Packing

All items are always packed in a suitable manner to ensure a safe delivery.
Postage cost covers posting fee & packing materials.
